5) Financial Statement/Affidavit of Support*
6) Copy of I-20 Form
7) Passport Visa and I-94 Form Copy
8) Application & Admission Fee - $300.00
8) Security Deposit ($2,500.00 US)
9) International Student Processing Fee $300.00
*A bank statement showing $20,000 for single, and $30,000 for married students. Otherwise, an Affidavit of Support form must be completed.
Graduate Admission
